Position: Accounts Executive

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week – Not Fixed

Holidays: As per company holiday calendar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, accounting data entry and journal vouchers.

Maintain books of accounts using Tally / Tally Prime / ERP.

Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

Handle vendor payments, customer billing and payment follow-ups.

Prepare and maintain bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliations.

Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS and finalisation of accounts.

Maintain documentation related to GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

Support the company during audits, tax assessments and related documentation.

Coordinate with banks, vendors and internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of financial records.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–4 years of relevant Accounts & Taxation experience preferred.

B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates preferred.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS & Income Tax.

Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.

Knowledge of e-Invoicing, E-Way Bill & GST Portal preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
