Position Summary

Results-driven Warehouse Manager with experience leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory control, material movement, shipping, and team development while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery performance. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and support production and customer requirements through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP transactions.

Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and customer deliveries.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel while managing staffing and performance.

Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, accuracy, and cost reduction.

Monitor and report warehouse KPIs and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field required.

5-7 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
