Office Manager – DexaFit Las Colinas
DexaFit is an international health, fitness, and performance company specializing in advanced
body-composition, metabolic, cardiovascular-fitness, and health-assessment services.
We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager for our Las Colinas location. This is an important client-facing leadership position for someone who is professional, highly organized, dependable, personable,
and genuinely interested in health and fitness.
Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the DexaFit Las Colinas location and for creating an exceptional experience for every client.
The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, pays close attention to detail, and represents the DexaFit brand professionally.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the DexaFit Las Colinas office
Greet clients and provide professional, welcoming experience
Manage client scheduling, appointments, confirmations, and communications
Coordinate office workflow and maintain an organized, efficient environment
Answer telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Explain DexaFit services and help clients select the appropriate assessments
Assist with client intake, preparation, testing procedures, and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential information
Process payments and performing routine administrative duties
Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and professional presentation of the facility
Support local marketing, client outreach, and community-building efforts
Identify operational problems and resolve them promptly
Communicate effectively with company leadership and other DexaFit locations
Help develop long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
Four-year college degree
Previous office-management, front-desk, administrative, or high-touch customer-service experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Genuine interest in health, fitness, wellness, or human performance
Experience in exercise science, kinesiology, medical assisting, allied health, nursing, fitness, or a related field is strongly preferred
Ability to learn technical procedures and explain them clearly to clients
