• Lead employee relations reviews by assessing concerns, gathering information, and conducting fair, well-documented workplace investigations.

• Create and manage a confidential reporting process, including a speak-up hotline structure, case tracking, follow-up actions, and recommendations for leadership.

• Advise management on HR best practices related to performance concerns, employee complaints, corrective action, and workplace culture.

• Support HR administration activities, including onboarding coordination, benefit-related guidance, and maintenance of core employee records.

• Partner with leadership to identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and recommend practical solutions that support compliance and employee experience.

• Proven experience in human resources leadership, including employee relations and HR administration responsibilities.

• Strong background in drafting policies, codes of conduct, and workplace standards for organizational use.

• Demonstrated ability to train supervisors and managers on personnel-related topics and workplace expectations.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes, benefit functions, and HR information systems.

• Knowledge of employment practices and compliance considerations relevant to workplace policies and complaint handling.
