## Position Overview

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused people to join us as Entry-Level Travel Advisors. This is a 100% remote role, available full-time or part-time.

As a Travel Advisor, you'll help clients research, plan, and book leisure travel tailored to their destinations, dates, budgets, preferences, and needs. You'll work with a wide range of travel products — cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, theme park vacations, and other leisure travel experiences.

## Responsibilities

- Serve prospective and current travel clients with professional, friendly communication.

- Learn each client's destination ideas, travel dates, budget, preferences, and needs.

- Research and compare available options across our travel suppliers and vendors.

- Build and present travel quotes and vacation options based on what each client asks for.

- Help clients book cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, theme park trips, and other eligible travel products.

- Keep client and reservation records accurate and up to date.

- Track reservation details, payment due dates, and key travel dates.

- Support clients with customer service and reservation help before and after they book.

- Explain supplier policies, booking requirements, and important travel details clearly.

- Build lasting client relationships and deliver service that earns repeat and referral business.

- Juggle multiple client requests while staying organized, accurate, and responsive.

## Requirements

- Basic computer skills — email, web browsers, online forms, websites, and web-based tools.

- A reliable computer and steady internet connection.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer service and people skills.

- Solid organization and time management.

- Sharp attention to detail.

- Able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Able to research, compare, and clearly explain travel options.

- Comfortable reaching clients by phone, email, text, and other digital channels.

- Handle client information with professionalism and discretion.

- Must live in and be authorized to work in an eligible country.

- No previous travel industry experience required.

## Preferred Qualifications

Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, admin work, or other client-facing roles are a plus, though not required.

We're looking for people who are dependable, organized, comfortable with computers and online systems, able to manage their workload independently, and confident communicating professionally with customers.
