Assistant Superintendent

We are currently supporting a rapidly growing, privately owned integrated Owner/Developer/Builder in their search for a talented and ambitious Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent 2 to join their team in the DC area.

The client we support has a reputation of hiring the best in the industry, developing staff internally and providing a platform to build some very exciting projects such as the current 400+ unit podium they have in the pipeline.\n \n Key responsibilities:\n\n Assist with day-to-day site operations and project coordination.\n Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.\n Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and jobsite progress.\n Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.\n\n \n Key Skills:\n\n 3+ years of construction experience in multi-family construction.\n Strong experience in wood-frame projects.\n Familiarity with key construction software such as Procore/Bluebeam.\n Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.\n\n \n If you would be interested in a confidential conversation about this opportunity to see if it could be a good match, please apply with your up-to-date resume.
