Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay: $25–$45 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair heating and air-conditioning systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control-system issues

Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections

Repair or replace defective equipment, components, and controls

Test completed work to ensure safe and efficient system operation

Explain equipment conditions and recommended solutions clearly to customers

Complete service tickets, work orders, and equipment documentation accurately

Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas

Follow company safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes

Deliver professional and courteous service on every customer visit

Qualifications

Previous HVAC service and repair experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, refrigeration, electrical components, and controls

EPA certification preferred

Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC service work

Commitment to quality workmanship and job-site safety

Compensation and Opportunity
