Registered School Nurse (RN) - Full Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Registered School Nurse to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the current school year.

Registered Nurse Salary Range: $52-$55 per hour

Registered Nurse Job Details:

Full-Time (Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm)

Experience with basic school nursing is PREFERRED but not required

General school nurse to serve 4 locations serving elementary to high school students

Nurse would travel between the 4 locations as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances

Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)

Registered Nurse Responsibilities May Include:

Hearing and vision screenings, immunization reviews, and medication plans/oversight for students with diabetes, allergies, asthma, etc.

Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs

Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits

Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday

Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
