Warehouse Picker

Job Summary

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, organization, inventory control, and shipment of customer-owned materials. This position requires completing all warehouse transactions and documentation accurately within the appropriate systems based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, organize, store, pick, and ship supplies, materials, merchandise, and equipment.

* Load and unload materials while following proper handling and storage procedures.

* Process and manage serialized equipment and electronics as required.

* Follow established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer-specific procedures.

* Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.

* Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and control.

* Prepare LTL shipments and work with transportation management systems (TMS), including bills of lading (BOLs).

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 1–3 years of warehouse or related experience.

* Understanding of warehouse safety, material handling, and storage procedures.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Preferred Qualifications

* Current forklift certification preferred.

* 3+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
