What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Client Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers while developing your communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Representing our clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions

Building positive relationships with customers and delivering an excellent experience

Learning about customer needs and helping identify appropriate products and services

Communicating client information, promotions, and solutions clearly and professionally

Supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts

Maintaining a strong understanding of client goals, services, and brand standards

Working toward individual and team performance goals

Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Collaborating with teammates to maintain a positive, high-performing environment

Developing communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills for future advancement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States
