Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Bartender to lead our bar experience. As a Tuck’s Arcadium Bartender, you’ll craft drinks, engage with guests, and maintain an upbeat, energetic vibe behind the bar. You will ensure fast, high-quality service while upholding alcohol safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pour and serve beer, craft cocktails, and mocktails accurately and responsibly.

Greet guests, take drink orders, and promote featured menu items or pairings.

Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with 21+ alcohol service laws.

Process payments, operate the POS system, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station.

Collaborate with servers, food runners, and team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior bartending, food service, or hospitality experience is required.

Must be 18+ (in compliance with local alcohol service laws).

TIPS or alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).

Outgoing, high-energy personality with a customer-first mindset.

Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and spirit pairings is preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 30 lbs.
