Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Cook to anchor our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items quickly and accurately, keeping food safety top-of-mind, and maintaining an organized, efficient kitchen environment during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food storage organization, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Perform daily prep work, stock stations, and manage inventory levels throughout shift.

Communicate efficiently with front-of-house team members to ensure accurate, timely order delivery.

Keep kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior kitchen, prep, or line cook experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Passion for food quality, efficiency, and consistent presentation.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, work around high-heat equipment, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
