Job Description
A day on the floor
Near the McComb area, you step onto the production floor and size up the day: a corrugator needs a roller alignment, a printing press is flagging a sensor fault, and a conveyor drive is due for preventive care. With schematics in one hand and a multimeter in the other, you isolate a 480V motor issue, confirm PLC I/O signals are clean, and return a stacker to smooth operation. By day’s end, uptime is up—and the team feels it. What you’ll tackle
Hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance for corrugators, printing presses, conveyors, stackers, and other box-making machinery.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V on motors, sensors, pumps, wiring, and PLC I/O signals.
Mechanical repair and upkeep of chains, belts, drives, bearings, rollers, couplings, pumps, seals, and valves—including precise roller and lift system alignment.
Blend proactive PMs with swift, effective corrective work to keep production moving. What you bring
Proven mechanical aptitude working with industrial manufacturing equipment.
Fluent in electrical diagnostics using a multimeter, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Background with three-phase motors, sensors, pumps, PLC I/O, conveyors, bearings, and lift systems.
Comfort working safely and efficiently in a hot, dirty, fast-paced industrial environment. Where you’ll make an impact
