Job Description*:

· 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage Management with expertise in designing, planning, and implementing enterprise-scale storage solutions.

· Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Dell EMC VMAX3, PowerMax (PMAX), Pure Storage, and HPE Storage platforms.·

Implement and support TimeFinder Snap/Clone and SRDF-based replication technologies (SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF/AR).

· Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Brocade (Broadcom) SAN switches, including performance analysis and optimization.

· Manage SAN infrastructure components such as VSANs, ISLs, NPIV, Logical Fabrics, LSANs, and Context Switching.

· Utilize and support tools including DCNM, NDFC, SANnav, FOS, ACS Gateway, Unisphere, and Pure1.

· Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, and infrastructure performance tuning.

· Act as the highest level of technical escalation for critical production storage and SAN incidents.

· Participate in crisis management calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and meet RTO requirements.

· Support 24x7 operations, including on-call and weekend support.

· Ensure storage availability, compliance, data protection, and operational excellence.

· Analyze complex infrastructure issues and provide proactive solutions and recommendations.

· Deep expertise in Enterprise Block Storage Management.

· Hands-on experience with EMC VMAX, PMAX, XtremIO, Pure Storage, and HPE Storage.

· Strong administration experience with Cisco and Brocade SAN environments.·

In-depth understanding of Fibre Channel SAN architecture and operations.
