QC Manager ( Mandarin Speaker) - Nilai

Responsibilities :

Overseeing quality control activities and ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Managing the QC team, establish quality plan, analyzing data, and implementing quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Maintaining all the existing / new product technical certifications validity, with in time renewal

To liaise with local certification bodies / authorities such as SIRIM, IKRAM, and SPAN on product certification application, audit and sample submission

Troubleshooting and investigating quality related issues, to handle customer complaint including site survey, investigation and technical support

Verification on new mold, new product or new materials before actual production

To ensure the Company QMS

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or any

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with at least five (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role

. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools

Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the polyethylene products and systems

Proficiency in quality management systems and software such as ISO900 and QMS Pro

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
