Turn your clinical experience into extra income — on your schedule.
CPR Nashville, an American Heart Association–approved training site, is looking for healthcare professionals ready to teach. Whether you're a paramedic, RN, NP, or CRNA, this is a chance to share what you already know, build your resume as a certified instructor, and get paid well for it — without giving up your full-time role.
Why instructors love working with us:
Flexible hours — build your teaching schedule around your existing paramedic, nursing, or clinical job
Strong pay — 1,500–3,500/month for part-time instruction
Low-stress classroom — small, hands-on courses in a supportive environment, not a lecture hall grind
Real impact — train the nurses, first responders, and everyday people who'll be the ones performing CPR when it counts
What you'll teach:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
What you bring:
An active medical license: Paramedic, RN, NP, CRNA, or APRN (ICU/ER/Telemetry experience a plus)
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification
PALS certification is a plus — if you don't have it, we'll help you get there
AHA Instructor certification is a plus — if you don't have it, we provide the training
Location: In-person at CPR Nashville, 600 Old Hickory Blvd. Suite 100 B, Nashville, TN 37209
