Greater Harvest Homes LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Shift Group Home Worker (Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift Available) to join our team in Gastonia, NC. Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and direct care support to group home residents

Monitor resident safety and well-being throughout the 3rd shift hours

Assist residents with personal care needs, including hygiene and medication reminders as required

Document resident behaviors, incidents, and any notable overnight observations accurately

Respond calmly and effectively to behavioral or medical situations and follow emergency protocols

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for all residents

Communicate shift updates and resident concerns to incoming staff during shift transitionsRequirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in residential care, group home, or direct support professional (DSP) role preferred

Ability to work overnight/3rd shift hours reliably and consistently

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care

Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirementsAbout Us:
