About the Role:

As a PCA, you will work in our assisted living facility, providing personal care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management

Accompanying residents to activities and appointments as needed

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families

Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facility

Maintain confidentiality and adherence to our confidentiality policy

Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (must be willing to learn and grow with us)

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and repositioning of residents
