Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the general ledger, monthly close process, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

This role oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely vendor payments, and effective collection of customer balances.

The position also maintains customer and vendor information in QuickBooks Online, supports system optimization, and assists with financial reporting, analysis, and budget variance reviews to support informed business decisions.
