Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Home Care, $32/hr, Per Diem

Innovative Care NJ (Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC) is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled home-care visits across New Jersey. We are a Joint Commission-accredited home-care provider (ID 751690), licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Health Care Service Firm (license HP0403100). Pay is $32/hr with weekly pay. Per diem with flexible scheduling.

Duties: Skilled nursing visits: wound care, medication management and teaching, injections, catheter care; monitor and document patient condition; communicate changes to RN/physician; support HHAs on shared cases.

Requirements: active unencumbered NJ LPN license; current BLS/CPR; 1+ year clinical experience (home care preferred); reliable transportation; able to pass background check.

Service area: Maplewood, NJ (1980 Springfield Avenue, Suite 2) and client homes across Essex, Union, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties.
