Compensation is highly competitive. Residents and fellows can expect to earn approximately $250–$1,250 per month, depending on workload and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

3rd- or 4th-year Orthopaedic Surgery Resident or Fellow

Currently training in the United States

Strong interest in education, technology, and innovation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Commitment to producing high-quality, evidence-based educational content

Passion for helping other orthopaedic residents learn and succeed
