Senior Workday Architect

Role Summary

Position Summary :Senior Workday Architect/Engineer to embed within a large investor-owned utility in Columbus, Ohio, leading the design, configuration, and integration of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management solutions. This role translates business requirements into scalable Workday architecture, including security, business process configuration, integrations, and reporting/analytics design. The client environment runs Workday alongside PeopleSoft and IBM Maximo, so this role also owns the coexistence and integration architecture across all three platforms during an active transformation program.
