About Spikes Auto Repair

Spikes Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its independent repair shop in Jefferson, GA.

You'll diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models, including approximately 30% European vehicles, while handling both diagnostics and general repair work.

The shop emphasizes consistent workflow, teamwork, and structured processes designed to keep repairs moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models

Perform automotive maintenance and general repair

Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete needed repairs

Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

Collaborate with technicians and Service Advisors

Follow established shop systems and processes

Qualifications

A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician experience

Strong automotive diagnostic skills

Ability to diagnose concerns and complete repairs

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Ability to follow structured shop systems and processes

Compensation & Benefits

$35–$60/hour flat rate, based on experience and proven performance
