System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on systems professional to support and strengthen core infrastructure, with a focus on device management and system reliability, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and systems infrastructure

Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain uptime

Support patch management, updates, and system maintenance across the environment

Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise systems

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed

Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects

Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Collaborate with IT team members to support end users and business systems Qualifications

3+ years of systems engineering or systems administration experience

Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms

Strong knowledge of server, network, and systems administration

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
