Retail Display Installer

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday

Location: Field-based; travel up to 90 miles from home may be required

Hours: Flexible, based on available assignments; hours are not guaranteed

2020 Companies is hiring reliable, self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to support major brands including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

This is a flexible field position for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling to different retail locations, using technology, and completing hands-on installation and merchandising projects.

What You’ll Do

Install and update retail displays, fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and promotional materials

Complete retail resets, remodels, store build-outs, and display repairs

Follow planograms, schematics, and project instructions

Install and service TVs, kiosks, interactive displays, and other retail equipment

Troubleshoot basic display, hardware, and software issues

Replace graphics, pricing materials, SD cards, and other marketing materials

Take and upload photos of completed projects using a smartphone

Complete required surveys, forms, and project documentation

Maintain a professional relationship with store teams and clients

Manage assignments independently and complete work by required deadlines

Schedule & Availability

Primarily Monday through Friday

Projects are generally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Some early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday assignments may occasionally be available based on project needs

Flexible self-scheduling opportunities may be available

Must maintain at least 20 hours of availability within a rolling 30-day period

Hours vary based on available projects and are not guaranteed

Travel

Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from home for assignments

Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement are available according to company guidelines

Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Comfortable using hand tools and technology

Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs

Able to climb ladders up to 10 feet

Able to kneel, crouch, bend, reach overhead, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Smartphone with an active data plan and current operating system

Comfortable downloading apps, following digital instructions, and uploading photos

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Able to work independently and respond to field management communications in a timely manner

Must successfully complete required background, Motor Vehicle Record, and drug screenings in accordance with applicable laws

Phillips-head screwdriver

Flat-head screwdriver

Hex keys

Box cutter

Tape measure

Microfiber cloth

256 GB USB drive with USB-A/USB-C adapter
