Sr. Test Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to provide technical leadership for an electronics manufacturing operation supporting complex aerospace and defense products in Tulsa, OK (relocation available). This role is ideal for an engineer who combines deep hands-on test expertise with the ability to lead projects, solve difficult technical problems, and mentor other engineers.

You will work directly with circuit card assemblies and sophisticated manufacturing test technologies, helping develop test solutions, improve test processes, and establish engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage complex test engineering projects.

• Conduct technical and design reviews.

• Develop and define test equipment, design guidelines, and engineering best practices.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other test engineers.

• Develop, program, fixture, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing test solutions.

• Support testing and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies and PCBAs.

• Interpret engineering drawings and translate customer requirements into effective test solutions.

• Analyze complex technical problems and present practical, well-supported solutions.

• Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing test environment.

Key Requirements

• BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE required.

• 6+ years of relevant test engineering experience.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan technologies.

• Experience developing and programming test solutions, including fixturing, troubleshooting, and test-parameter design.

• Strong circuit card assembly / PCBA troubleshooting and test development experience.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent technical writing, documentation, and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Stable work history required – no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

• Experience using engineering simulation and design packages.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.

• Experience communicating technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000 – $115,000 base salary.
