ERP Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to serve as a key link between business operations and enterprise technology. This role will help optimize ERP functionality, improve business processes, strengthen system integrations, and ensure reliable data flow across critical platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional ERP knowledge with enough technical depth to work effectively with databases, APIs, middleware, reporting tools, and integrated enterprise applications. This position is based in Palo Alto and requires regular in-office availability.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional and technical support for the ERP environment and ensure system configurations align with business requirements.

• Support integrations between ERP systems and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Coupa, finance applications, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.

• Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable improvements and automation opportunities.

• Create functional specifications, data maps, process documentation, and technical workflows for developers and business stakeholders.

• Support data migration, synchronization, and data-quality initiatives across integrated systems.

• Help maintain reliable financial and operational reporting by improving data integrity and system connectivity.

• Partner with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical ERP solutions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on ERP systems.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/Syteline, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing ERP integrations with data warehouses, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.

• Solid understanding of core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes.

• Ability to query databases and understand APIs and/or middleware used for systems integration.

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work from the Palo Alto office as required.

• Stable work history required – no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infor ERP, particularly CSI/Syteline.

• Experience with BI tools used for ERP reporting and visualization.

• Power BI certification is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Project Management credentials.
