Concrete Form Carpenter

Location: Milton, FL

Pay: $30 an /hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time Overtime Available

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Form Carpenters for long-term construction projects. Candidates must have experience building, installing, and stripping concrete forms for commercial and industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Build and install concrete formwork for walls, columns, slabs, and foundations

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal forms

Set anchor bolts, embeds, and reinforcing materials

Strip forms and perform concrete finishing as needed

Ensure forms are level, square, and properly braced

Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial form carpentry experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Experience with concrete form systems and layout work

Knowledge of foundations, walls, columns, and slab construction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation

Own basic carpentry hand tools

OSHA 10 Certification preferred

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work at heights

Must be dependable and safety-focused
