Dr. Sherock and Associates are now part of Spa Medicca.

Spa Medicca is a premier, five-star medical spa with multiple locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. Spa Medicca provides a full-service menu of aesthetic medicine, health and wellness services, ob/gyn services, and skincare treatments.

The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, interacting with and communicating with a variety of patients from their initial check in point of contact through the continuum of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical/healthcare office, with a preference for experience in a med spa setting.

The Patient Care Coordinator is Part Time, with a schedule as follows:

Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Friday from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

*Additional hours when needed.

Prior Healthcare experience

Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy rules

Experience working with an Electronic Health Record system

Customer Service experience

Part-time
