CNC Programmer and Machinist- Haas Machines _ Milwaukee area- $70-$75,000 DOE\n \n Role Description This full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role is based in Shelby, NC.

The CNC Programmer will create, review, and optimize CNC programs for machining and milling operations to ensure precision, efficiency, and safety.

Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling and machining methods, setting up and testing programs on CNC equipment, and troubleshooting issues that arise during production.

The role also involves collaborating with machinists, engineers, and production staff to improve processes, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment.\n Qualifications\n\n Demonstrated proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining operations.\n Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling in a production or job-shop environment.\n Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.\n Strong understanding of tooling, materials, feeds and speeds, and CNC machine setup.\n Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement.\n Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n Relevant technical certification or associate degree in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred.\n Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in precision metalworking, is highly beneficial.\n
