Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential

Commit to grow professionally and personally
Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
Manage productivity
Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
Actively participate in effective training and development meetingsQualifications:
A passion for powersports
A proven history of success leading a team in the Automotive or Powersports sales industry
A desire to make a difference
A proven work ethic consistent with our culture
Knowledge of powersports and variable operations
Demonstrated success as a trainer
A clean driving record
The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
