Have you completed an internship in finance, accounting, banking, investments, wealth management, or financial operations?\n This is an excellent opportunity to turn your academic knowledge and internship experience into hands-on experience with a leading financial services organization in Columbus, Ohio.\n We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst who is eager to learn, work with financial data, and build a long-term career in the financial services industry.\n \n What You’ll Do\n\n Support daily financial and operational activities across the organization.\n Review, analyze, and reconcile financial data and account information.\n Assist with transaction processing, financial reporting, and documentation.\n Research discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues.\n Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation.\n Assist with account and transaction-related activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.\n Perform data validation and quality checks on financial information.\n Support month-end, reporting, reconciliation, and other finance-related activities.\n Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Investment/Wealth Management teams.\n Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.\n Learn financial systems, processes, and industry practices while developing your professional skills.\n\n \n What We’re Looking For\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Wealth Management, or a related field.\n 0–2 years of professional experience; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.\n Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations is highly preferred.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.\n Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, PivotTables, or VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n Strong interest in building a career in financial services.\n\n \n Great Fit For Candidates With Internships In:\n Finance Accounting Investment Management Wealth Management Banking Financial Services Asset Management Financial Operations Treasury Audit Risk Portfolio Operations Fund Accounting Corporate Finance\n \n Recent Graduates Welcome!\n You do not need years of professional experience to be considered.
