Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong organization skills, physical stamina, and experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in a retail environment.

The Warehouse Associate will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations organized, efficient, clean, and safe. This opportunity offers a team-oriented work environment, steady work, supportive day-to-day collaboration, and the chance to contribute directly to customer satisfaction through accurate handling, staging, packing, and movement of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain warehouse areas to support efficient daily operations.

Load, unload, move, and stage shipments, deliveries, and stock safely and accurately.

Lift and move heavy items up to 150 lbs using proper techniques and equipment when needed.

Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.

Assist with assembling, packing, and preparing items for delivery or showroom display.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $20 to $23 per hour.

Job type: Direct hire.

Benefits include health insurance, employee discounts, and paid time off.

Weekend availability is required.

The business is closed on Tuesdays.
