We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Data Team within HIMCO IT. This role is critical in partnering with technology and investment professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet dynamic information and automation needs. You will build systems & supply data that empower Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Analysts to make informed investment and financial decisions.
As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building HIMCO's next-generation enterprise data platform, a strategic initiative that will provide a secure, scalable, and AI-ready foundation for data delivery, analytics, reporting, and business operations across the firm.

This is a Hybrid role. CompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
