Job Description

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available in our skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate LPNs who value teamwork and take pride in providing quality care to residents.Pay

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support to residents

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor residents and report changes in condition

Complete accurate electronic documentation

Communicate and coordinate with the nursing and interdisciplinary care teamsQualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN license required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredFull-Time Benefits
