CPA

Experience in the construction/renewable energy industry

Proven work experience as Finance Manager

Must be willing to take aptitude test as part of the hiring process

Qualifications

CPA – Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

5+ years’ experience as Finance Manager

Construction accounting experience preferred

Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, cash flow, tax compliance, and BIR filings

Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.) and Excel

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

-Lead finance and accounting operations and reporting

-Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project costs

-Oversee AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and tax compliance

-Monitor project profitability and progress billing

-Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance

-Provide financial insights to management

-sCoordinate with project teams, banks, auditors, and external partners
