What You'll Do

Clean resident apartments according to established schedules and standards

Clean and maintain common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned spaces

Perform resident laundry services as scheduled

Make beds and change linens as needed

Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash

Restock housekeeping supplies and notify the supervisor when items are needed

Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures

Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment

Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards

Respect residents’ privacy, personal belongings, and living spaces

Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

Assist with additional housekeeping and community duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required

Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures

Strong attention to detail

Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Friendly, respectful, and professional communication skills

Genuine interest in working with older adults

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods

Ability to safely lift and carry up to (lifting requirement) pounds

High school diploma or GED preferred
