Comfort Advisor – HVAC Sales
Holy City Heating & Air Charleston, SC
Holy City Heating & Air is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team at our new Charleston location.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who knows how to build trust with homeowners, identify their comfort needs, present the right HVAC solutions, and confidently close the sale.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners on qualified HVAC replacement and installation opportunities
Evaluate customers’ heating and cooling needs
Educate homeowners on HVAC system and indoor comfort options
Prepare and present clear proposals and financing options
Follow up with customers and effectively close opportunities
Maintain accurate customer, proposal, and sales information
Work closely with service technicians, installers, dispatch, and management to ensure a great customer experience
Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and close-rate goals
Represent Holy City Heating & Air professionally in customers’ homes and throughout the Charleston community
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC sales experience highly preferred
Proven experience selling residential HVAC replacements or comfort solutions strongly preferred
Strong closing and consultative selling skills
Ability to explain HVAC options without overwhelming or pressuring the homeowner
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple system options
Goal-driven and comfortable being held accountable to sales KPIs
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean, professional appearance
Service Titan experience is a plus
