District Production Manager Bakery & Café Operations

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced bakery, café, or food production leader with strong knowledge of sanitation, quality control, and multi location operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee production quality and sanitation across multiple locations

• Train and develop production teams on food preparation and safety standards

• Monitor product quality, displays, packaging, and consistency

• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP standards

• Identify process improvements and resolve production issues

• Support hiring, scheduling, purchasing, and labor planning

• Monitor food costs, product defects, and production performance

• Support new product launches and training

• Travel between locations and support new store openings

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant food production, bakery, café, or culinary experience

• Bakery or café experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and production processes

• HACCP, GMP, or related food safety knowledge

• Experience leading and developing teams

• Strong problem solving and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple locations and traveling between stores

• Passion for developing people and maintaining high quality standards
