CPR Instructor

Job Description

Join the Beating Heart Center as a CPR Instructor and play a vital role in empowering others to save lives. This position is ideal for outgoing individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy speaking to groups and want a meaningful job that creates real impact. Whether you are new to instruction or a certified instructor looking to renew, training and support are provided. A medical background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver CPR training classes including Adult CPR, Pediatric CPR, BLS, and combination courses

Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback

Demonstrate CPR techniques and use of AEDs effectively

Support instructional activities and maintain engagement during sessions

Manage course materials and ensure training resources are ready

Speak confidently in front of audiences to motivate and educate

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in CPR instruction or related teaching roles

CPR Instructor certification or willingness to obtain

First Aid certification and knowledge of first aid techniques

Proficiency in CPR techniques and AED usage

Strong public speaking and instructional skills
