Full-Time CDL Driver – Starting at $25/Hour

We are a small, established business looking for an experienced and dependable CDL Driver who wants more than just another driving job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and future with our company and become an important part of our team.

Our company supplies products to the farming, nursery, and landscaping industries. Knowledge of these industries is helpful, but not required.

This is a hands-on position. While driving and making deliveries will be your primary responsibility, we are a small business and everyone helps where needed. The right candidate must be willing to assist in the warehouse and take on other responsibilities when necessary.

Driver Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following license requirements:

Valid Class A Restricted CDL, OR

Valid Class B CDL and be willing and able to complete the required training to obtain a Class A Restricted CDL

Additional requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional truck-driving experience

Safe driving record

Dependable, punctual and responsible

Honest and trustworthy

Professional when interacting with customers

Ability to safely secure and handle loads

Experience with farming, nursery, landscaping, or agricultural businesses is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be comfortable with regular manual labor in addition to driving.

Must be able to repeatedly lift and handle 75 lbs. throughout the workday

Must be comfortable loading, unloading, and handling products

Must be willing and able to assist with warehouse work when needed

Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work for extended periods

Schedule & Hours

This position requires flexibility with working hours.

Our drivers may need to start very early in the morning and work late when routes or business needs require it. Daily start and finish times can vary, so applicants must be comfortable with a flexible weekday schedule.

However, our drivers are home every night, and we do not require weekend work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, variable start and finish times

Experience: Professional truck driving: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification: Class A Restricted CDL, or Class B CDL with willingness to complete required training for Class A Restricted CDL

Physical Requirement: Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs. throughout the workday (Required)
