Warehouse Worker (MiniPAC)

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker (MiniPAC) supports warehouse operations for the compact equipment line of desiccant dehumidifiers. Working independently within a shift team under the product manager, this role handles multi-item customer orders, assembly orders, and material movement using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual packing stations. They will also be required to assist in other warehouse areas, as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick items for multi-item customer orders.

Assemble packages, kits, crates, and skids.

Handle inventory and replenish stock as needed.

Prepare shipments and organize materials for dispatch.

Inspect received materials for accuracy and condition.

Stack pallets safely and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Complete assembly tasks at manual packing stations.

Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse area.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.

Knowledge of material handling and pallet jack operation.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
