What you'll do:

Disassemble servers, storage arrays, and IT hardwareRemove HDDs, SSDs, and internal components from equipmentPrepare drives for secure data erasure workflowsSort, box, and stage hardware for processing or shipmentFollow strict data security and chain-of-custody proceduresMaintain clean, organized, production-line workflowWhat we're looking for: Warehouse, production, or IT hardware teardown experience preferredComfortable working with hand tools and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shiftHigh attention to detail (especially around data security processes)Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, consistent attendance and strong work ethicAble to lift, move, and handle hardware safelyTeam-oriented with attention to detailNice to Have Electronics recycling or refurbishing experienceBasic computer hardware familiarityInventory or packaging experienceA bit about us: We are a fast-growing technology and operations company specializing in data center hardware lifecycle management, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and reverse logistics.
