Job Description:
The Software Developer III will manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem throughout the contract. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, developing lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications via REST APIs, and establishing Role-Based Access Control. The role involves integrating IAM solutions across platforms, supporting IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services, and collaborating with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices. Regularly assess IAM technologies, maintain technical documentation, and provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting.
8+ years of experience in application onboarding and integration with IAM systems.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing RBAC models, enforcing Separation of Duties (SoD), and designing access certification campaigns.
5+ years of experience managing Centralized Identity Providers (IdP) and configuring SSO and MFA.
3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including access reviews and application integrations.
3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
3+ years of experience automating user provisioning and reporting using PowerShell and Python. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with a state government agency.
