General ProfileRequires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilitiesContinues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customersPerforms a range of assignments related to job disciplineUses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situationsReceives a moderate level of guidance and directionConsistent exercise of discretion & judgmentEssential FunctionsPrepares and implements Quality Assurance policies, procedures & review cyclesMaintains and updates internal audit programs and required audit schedulesParticipates in audits and creates audit reportsEvaluates audit findings and aids in the implementation of appropriate corrective actionsMaintains and improves Quality Management System and generate reports as neededCreates, updates & leads Quality training as neededMay administer the material review boards & databaseMay also lead or support various projects as assignedRequired QualificationsRequired education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or ExperienceCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsPreferred education and experience: Bachelor's DegreeDiscipline/Major: Quality Assurance or other related degree preferredKnowledge, skills & abilities: Batch Testing.

Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.

Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.

May be requested to work a different shift.
