Architect

Nine Yards is looking for an experienced Architect to join our studio in Charlottetown, PEI.

We’re a small, collaborative architecture and design studio working on a wide range of projects across Atlantic Canada. We care deeply about good design, but equally about creating thoughtful places for the people and communities we work with.

We’re looking for someone with 5–10+ years of professional experience who is confident taking a project from design through construction and enjoys being involved in all aspects of the work.

We’re looking for someone with:

- 5- 10+ years of professional architectural experience

- Registration as an Architect in Canada, or eligibility for registration in PEI

- Good knowledge of construction within Canada

- Strong design and technical skills

- Experience developing and coordinating construction documents

- Experience with contract administration and construction

- The ability to lead projects and coordinate consultant teams

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with Revit

- A collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to a small studio environment
