Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing manual tasks to support the daily operations at our construction production facility, working inside and outside of the facility.

JOB HOURS

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Overtime available

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Sweep the shop, collect trash, debris, and cardboard.

Haul construction material to houses in the plant.

Unload trucks (construction materials).

Help move houses in and out of the plant.

Perform other general duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS

Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs.

Forklift experience or will train as needed.

Ability to be on feet continuously throughout the day.

Work independently and as a team member.

Ability to work flexible job duties.

Dependable.

Knowledge of basic safety rules.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and meet the physical demands of the job.
