About the Role

The Business Development Associate will be a front-line brand ambassador for Client — generating and nurturing leads through telemarketing, email outreach, and in-person meetings with prospective clients. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role suited to someone with a genuine flair for marketing and business development, strong people skills, and the energy to be out meeting prospects as much as working the phones.

• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with clients and prospects to represent Trinite and advance relationships

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and client interactions in the CRM

• Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries and referrals to convert interest into qualified opportunities

• Represent Trinite Consulting professionally in every external interaction, written and in person

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field — recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly

• A genuine flair and enthusiasm for marketing and business development

• An outgoing, extroverted personality that's comfortable initiating conversations with strangers

• Willingness to do telemarketing and sustained email outreach

• Willingness to meet clients and prospects face-to-face, and to travel as required

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree preferred
