About the Role:

C & R Water Supply, Inc. is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Willis, TX! Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Process customer orders, account updates, and service requests accurately and efficiently

Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and follow-up

Provide product and service information to new and existing customers

Support billing inquiries and assist with payment processing as neededRequirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally in utilities, water supply, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Bilingual required
