Part time evening valet-trash & property service technician

Job Description

Camstone Property Solutions LLC is building our launch team for upcoming apartment-community service routes throughout Columbus and surrounding Central Ohio. We provide professional property services for multifamily communities, including doorstep valet trash, dumpster-area cleanup, grounds and litter cleanup, bulk-trash assistance, pressure washing, and related property services. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want part-time evening work and take pride in keeping apartment communities clean and presentable. Job duties may include: • Collecting bagged trash from residents' doorsteps • Transporting trash to designated dumpsters or compactors • Cleaning loose trash and litter around dumpster areas • Grounds and common-area litter pickup • Assisting with bulk-trash and property-cleanup assignments • Walking apartment communities and climbing stairs • Following property-specific service procedures • Reporting overflow, missed pickups, damage, or other property concerns • Maintaining a professional appearance around residents and management staff Requirements: • Dependable and able to arrive on time consistently • Reliable transportation • Smartphone with calling and texting capability • Comfortable working outdoors during evening hours • Comfortable walking and climbing stairs throughout a shift • Able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation • Able to work independently and follow instructions • Professional and respectful around residents and property staff Pickup truck or trailer access is a plus but is not required for every position. Previous experience in valet trash, cleaning, landscaping, delivery, warehouse work, apartment maintenance, property services, or similar physical work is helpful but not required. Most upcoming routes are expected to operate during evening hours, generally around 6 PM to 11 PM. Exact days, hours, and property locations will depend on assigned routes. Starting pay: $20.00 per hour Camstone is currently building a candidate pool for upcoming property-service routes. Applying does not guarantee immediate hours or an immediate route assignment. Service areas may include Columbus, Grove City, Hilliard, Dublin, Canal Winchester, and surrounding Central Ohio.
